This page explains what happens on this site when a page loads, when an outbound button is clicked, and when a link to another site is followed. It describes only the mechanisms that were confirmed in this site's build and nothing beyond them.
What does this site record when a page loads?
When a page is opened, a first-party visit beacon can fire and send a small amount of information to an edge analytics endpoint on this same domain: the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine when one is present, and the text of any outbound button that was clicked. This only happens when a visitor arrives from a search engine. The data is used solely to count page views and outbound button clicks for the operator's own traffic counting, and for nothing else. It is stored in the operator's own logs on this domain, alongside the country the content delivery network reports for the request — nothing more precise about location is collected.
What is kept in the browser, and for how long?
A single first-party cookie may be set, but only for a visit that arrives from a search engine. It holds nothing but the name of that search engine, lasts up to one hour, and is used only so a later click on an outbound link can be linked back to the search engine that brought the visitor here. Separately, a session view flag is kept in the browser for the current visit so that one page view is counted once rather than multiple times. No other browser storage is set, and no persistent identifier is created.
How are the pages themselves put together?
The pages on this site are self-contained: every file a page needs, including its fonts, is embedded locally and served from this domain. Fonts are not loaded from an outside service. The whole site is a set of static files delivered through static hosting on a content delivery network, which processes the technical details of each request as the hosting provider. No outside host receives anything while a page is being displayed to a visitor.
What happens when an outbound link is followed?
Some pages contain outbound links to third-party sites. Following one of these links first passes through a first-party outbound redirect hosted on this domain, and from there the visitor is sent on to the third-party destination. Any stored visit data kept on this domain is not shared with the destination through that redirect. Once the visitor arrives at the third-party site, that site receives the request directly from the visitor's browser and keeps its own separate record of the visit. This site has no way to see or control what that destination does with the visit.
What does this site not do?
This site has no forms, so no visitor ever types personal details into it. It uses no third-party analytics and loads no external subresources, so no outside company receives data while a page is open. It offers no contact channel of any kind. There is no login, no registration, no user account, and no collection of names, e-mail addresses, account identifiers or payment details.
